##### Training

Use training days to build your team's stats. Basic training costs 5 energy and gives +3 to attack or defense. Light training costs only 3 energy for +2 stats. Resting restores fitness and morale.

Watch your energy - you get 24 energy per week and it resets on match day. Plan your week carefully!

##### Fitness and Morale

Fitness drops from training and matches. Below 30 fitness, your team plays 20% worse. Rest to recover fitness (+25).

Morale affects performance too. Wins boost morale, losses hurt it. Training and rest both help morale.

##### Match Day

On day 7, you play your weekly match. Before the match, choose your tactics:
- **Balanced** - No modifiers
- **Attacking** - +20 attack, -10 defense
- **Defensive** - -10 attack, +20 defense

Match outcomes depend on your effective stats (base + fitness/morale bonuses + tactics).

##### Scouting

Once per week, spend budget to scout prospects. You'll see several players with different stat boosts and costs. Signing a player instantly adds their stats to your team.

##### Progression

As you win and improve, you'll unlock new training options, formations, and stronger prospects. The game has multiple stages with increasing complexity.
